adcfo.eu is operated by a business registered in Poland, trading under the brand name Ad/CFO. References in these terms to “Ad/CFO”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of this website.

adcfo.eu is intended primarily for companies, founders, executives, finance teams and other persons acting in a business or professional capacity.
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the public website. The website is not an online store and does not itself enable a visitor to conclude or purchase an advisory engagement.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
3. No engagement or binding offer
Using the website, contacting Ad/CFO or arranging an introductory discussion does not create a client relationship or require either party to enter into an engagement.

These website terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of applicable law that cannot validly be excluded.
Any dispute relating solely to use of this website is subject to the competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. VG Consulting has its registered business address in Wrocław, Poland.
